The current new Reserve At Thornton AMC LLC Property Management Company. Is definitely welcome, However the new Administrative Assistant is rude, unprofessional, and truly needs to understand her new position. The current Property Manager Edwin Romero, is definitely a really excellent manager who is showing he cares about his job and working hard to make need changes The current new assistant Property Manager Valeria Gonzalez, is smart, extremely intelligent, but needs to understand that just because she has young children, and live on Reserve at Thornton Property, she must take a no Torrance approach to this young children and teenagers being out of control. Stop allowing these kids to harass. bully, and try to intimidate other resident just because they speak up.and out about their out of control attitude, behavior and actions. Eli the current maintenance Supervisor who is trying to do better at maintenance repairs, and hiring better staff like Daniel, and Bryan Who do an excellent job St

Jareed Young, (a new maintenance man) was really amazing and great help. I called in some maintenance issues and he was there the next day to get them done and kept us updated on the things he couldn't get done right away because one thing had to be ordered. We have been living at Reserve At Thornton Apartments Residential Community for four years , and up tell recent we truly enjoy living here and making this our home. Currently, the New Property Management Company Reserve at Thornton @ AMCLLC Properties. Is Honestly making positive changes within the Reserve at Thornton Cummunity at large. However, The New Administrative Assistant at the Reserve at Thornton is unprofessional, and lack adequate experience to preform her Job. Our interaction with her has not been good at all. Frankly we want no more interreaction with her at all she's rude, disrespectful , and has no tactic or business ability to handle the Job she's been given. However, The new Reserve At Thornton Apartments Residential Community Property Manager Edwin Romero, is extremely skilled, very hands on , process good management skills and very competent, in his position as Property Manager. Valeria Gonzales, was the previous Assistant Property Manager under the old Property Manager Company, and now the new Property Management Company Reserve at Thornton @ AMCLLC Properties. She also has good management skills, and has the making of really good Assistant Property Manger. But this being and Extremely large Apartments Complex, and pose many Challenges. But there are clear policies, rules, and procedures on how to conduct the proper process to deal with all matters of concerns that face Reserve at Thornton AMCLLC. There is also a definite clear and precise way of to dealing with all of the problems and challenges that a huge complex community like this will bring. This begans by simply following all rules, policies, and legal procedures within the Reserve at Thornton lease agreement, complying with common sense rules policy, and procedures.and being fair to all its residents , and or tenants regardless of ecnisity, religious beliefs, culture differences. We mean the current resident and the management team should try harder to work together to better the experience here at Reserve at Thornton Apartments Residential Community @ AMCLLC Properties. It's seems as though it is always petty jealousy, racist attitudes, behaviors, and discriminatory practices that hurts the very efforts to encourage and support the much needed work that must be continued in order for us to carrier the team effort so that we can work effectively together to continue to make this Cummunity great 👍. But refusing to address serious, dangerous, unsafe, criminal behaviors make Reserve At Thornton Apartments Residential Community & AMCLLC Properties a horrible place to live and call home. This particular vehicle has been parked in a Reserve At Thornton Apartments Residential Community @ AMCLLC Properties parking spot for over two years now, and it has expired temporary license plates , but is being given a current permit sticker and has been recently reported to Reserve At Thornton Mangement team and / or business office multiple times. But this particular vehicle and others are being encouraged to park their vehicle to be parked on Reserve at Thornton illegally in the above-mentioned and Reserve At Thornton parking lot which is unfair to all the other Residents who follow the rules, policies, and local law and these particular residents takes need parking spots from other residents who need them. The new Maintenance Supervisor Eli Starkey Has the skills to change alot as it relates to maintaining clear and safe environment for all of the residents, and /or tenants under its jurisdiction. His staff Maintenance Thech Daniel, and Bryan who are making surnivicant achievement. Stop allowing the out of control young kids, and teenagers to make Reserve At Thornton a bad place to live by throwing trash 🚮, all over the complex, harassing other tenants , and / or residents violate their rights to peacefully enjoyment of the beautiful property Reserve at thornton was when we moved in.
