Current resident and honestly I am extremely upset with the way the management run the office as of late. They close at 5pm and I went over there at 4:44pm to find the doors locked and no one in the building (this occured 10/2/25). I called them twice that day to discover no phones answered. I decided to try again after I got off work 10/3/25 and I even called while I was on my breaks at work more then 5 times to receive no response again. Well it was 4:15 pm on 10/4/25 and I go there to discover the doors locked AGAIN and the sign flipped to close. This is a disregard for your residents and EXTREMELY RUDE. I work 54 hours a week and my time is valuable and it's so disrespectful to me. I have a very important matter to discuss with the management at the office and they can't even respect their residents time and wait until 5 pm to leave the building. As for the apartments, they are nice but the management is terrible, the maintenance are very wonderful but they are definitely overworked, and a lot of the residents here don't give a hoot about the property (they put their trash any dang place near the trashcan instead of in which makes the maintenance have to fix it and that makes them even slower). I've been living here for about 3 years for reference.

I scheduled an online tour for 3pm 9/29/25. I Showed up to the property for the tour and the leasing agent who was there was helping another customer. The leasing agent walked out of the building asked us how she could help us. We answered and said we made an online appointment. She then proceeded to say they donât take online appointments for tours. So why have that as an option???? She then said you have to qualify for these apartments, and you have to make a certain amount to qualify asking us if we work 40 hours, again sheâs saying this when weâre here to tour an apartment not sign a lease. From the get go she assumed we didnât make enough, which we do. Yet again we havenât even seen what they look like or been toured or even applied. She then told us to wait for her to tour the other customer. I would have been willing to wait but I felt that this was very unprofessional and disrespectful and I will not be touring or applying for any apartments based off that interaction.

The new managment is terrible, the company that bought the apartment have no clue what they're doing. For some reason they have tried multiple times to say that I owe money that I definitely do not owe, even though I have shown them receipts from every rental payment I have made.

The new manager is terrible. There was also a stabbing a few days ago that we had no idea about. These apartments used to be a great place to live

If you decide to live on a bottom or second unit, donât bother complaining about your upstairs neighbors running around and stomping around and making your bathroom and kitchen shake while slamming their doors at all hours of the day and night, not to mention throwing their trash and clothes on your balcony. Someone has also been leaving their trash bags by my door, which is just nasty and lazy, considering the trash dump is literally just across the street. Management wonât do anything about this. If you want to live amongst dirty, slobs, this is the place for you. Enjoy the person in their car playing their loud, annoying circus music on a Tuesday at midnight. *EDIT I was asked to provide an email detailing everything thatâs been going on with my upstairs neighbors, which I did, and I never received a response back so you at the office can quit pretending like you care with your faux response to this review lol
