It is very fair to say that these two ladies are a fantastic team. They go out of their way to make sure you understand everything and to help you out if needed. Dirtiest apartment complex I've lived in. Stairwells are in need of power washing. Trash is always overflowing in dumpsters. Not enough dumpsters for the number of units in the complex. Management stated they would be conducting regular property walks to ensure cleanliness, yet my neighbor is constantly leaving their trash bags outside their door.

Leasing office staff do not like to keep posted office hours. Good luck trying to get a hold of them. Another Friday with the office closed. 10/24/25 2PM

Please fix parcel mailbox lockers. They've been broken for more than a year. I've already addressed broken mailboxes with leasing office and still nothing has been done a year later. Just fix them! Why do I need to call and discuss this again?
