Giving 3 stars ONLY because of the maintenance staff (Eli, Norm and Turner), who actually deserve 5 stars. They do the best with the little resources they are given by this place. It is nice to have maintenance people who care. However, as for the rest of it, don't expect much from this place. The management company that runs it seems to care little about it's tenants, or about maintaining the property.

Eli....finally showed up and fixed the blinds that I reported over 2-3 yrs ago. I had long given up on getting them. It sure is nice to have them. Thank you Eli I greatly appreciate you!
